Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare.First, we ordered lunch, including butter paneer masala, dal makhani, rice, and roti. However, they mistakenly delivered butter chicken instead of paneer. As a strict vegetarian who has never touched non-veg in my life, this was extremely distressing—I was so upset that I cried for nearly two hours. When we informed the staff, they claimed that another guest’s order had been sent to our room by mistake. But how is it possible that another guest ordered the exact same dishes and the same number of chapatis? It was clear they were lying.After this horrible experience, I decided to take a bath, only to find that there was no hot water in the washroom. I had specifically booked a room with a bathtub, but it was completely useless since taking a bath in freezing cold water at 5-6°C was impossible. When I complained at the reception, they sent a plumber who tried to fix it twice. After 2-3 hours, he told me to use another room for bathing. This was beyond frustrating—why should I have to use another room when I paid a premium for a bathtub room? Moreover, it wasn’t just us facing this issue; other guests also complained about the lack of hot water.To make matters worse, the television in our room wasn’t working because there was no recharge on it. Even after informing the staff, nothing was done. We later found out that many other guests were also facing the same issue with their TVs.As if all this wasn’t enough, when I requested the manager’s contact, the receptionist simply said the manager was on holiday. It was as if they didn’t care about their customers at all.The entire experience was disgusting, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is uninterested in providing even basic service, let alone hospitality. Nice hotel. Booked an Attic suite for 3 days. Nice views from the windows. The room was clean and spacious. The room came with free WiFi and breakfast. Breakfast spread was good. The resort is away from the main streets but still close enough to main markets like Mall Road. (5-10 min walking). The approach to the hotel can be improved as we had trouble finding the resort in broad daylight as there are no sign boards as to where the hotel exactly is. In the night the narrow alley gets pretty dark as there is no proper illumination. Hotel has an in house travel desk which can arrange for local sight seeing, pickup/drops. Avoid rooms on 4th floor as they are covered with sheds on top and make lot of noise if it starts to rain. No in house activities. Hotel management can add some in house activities to make it a complete package. Overall a nice experience staying at Crescent.

Terrible experience.Management of this hotel has made rules to cur pockets of customers. On last day of stay ,in severe cold no hot water facility in bathrooms n thus took bath with cold water at 3 degree temp. Mr Rizwan ,GM of hotel is an adamant personwho does not cooperate n has instructed staff to do same. In my entire lyf ,never seen such a hotel.I wd advice everyone to not book this hotel. Moreovet the pic of frontal elevation of hotel is of rear portion of hottel.The entrance is also very deep on 10 feet street which is residential area.Traffic jams is most common as road is very narrow n due to steep slope of road

Hotel located in a good location but availability of taxi for local commuting is poor. Though there is no AC required but there is no prevention of getting insects out from the room. Hotel even doesn't provide Good night/all-out. Food is good. House keeping an room service staffs are very good. How ever the front desk staffs are bit lasy/careless. for a cab booking they took 7 hours time after follow-up of 5times. Room size bit small.
