Hotel Cross Over

Absolutely disgusting management of hotel. Booked this hotel three weeks prior of visit and paid full amount, when we arrived today at first hotel manager said reluctantly why have you booked and charges extra money, you should have booked through us directly. The room I had booked was for three adults and 1 child premier executive category room (non ac), it was clear from his tone that he had given our room to someone else. Now he was arguing that we had booked a double occupancy room and will provide extra mattress at an extra charge. Please see the photos and judge for yourself whether it is a premier executive category room that can accommodate three adults and 1 child. My child was crying from hunger as they had kept was waiting a long time before giving us this room and at first they had asked us to book another room along with this one at extra charge which i refused. I had ordered food at reception even when my room was not allotted and we were waiting at the lobby. Please stay far far away from this place.

Geysers are very old. It takes 45-50 minutes to heat the water and for couple of people you need to give atleast 2 hours. Ambience of the hotel is not that good either

The staff services and amenities of this hotel was all good. Room was nice but no complimentary services from hotel. Convenient location & easy to reach.

Rooms are good, but it's too congested. No space for luggage, Room rent is to high for non AC according to space. they don't have restaurant.
