**Room Condition:** I recently stayed at your hotel in Connaught Place, Delhi, and was extremely disappointed with the condition of the room provided. The ceiling had visible cracks, and the floor skirting was coming off, which is clearly shown in the attached photographs. The general state of the room was far below acceptable standards. **Cleanliness:** The cleanliness of the room was severely lacking. We encountered cockroaches and mice, which is entirely unacceptable and raises significant health concerns. This situation made our stay uncomfortable and unsettling. **Location and Access:** Furthermore, the entrance to the hotel is from the backside of Connaught Place, which was not mentioned during the booking process. We were given a room facing the backside, adding to the overall disappointing experience. Additionally, the main entrance is through a host restaurant, which does not allow passage with heavy luggage. This created significant inconvenience during check-in and check-out. **Recommendations:** - Immediate maintenance and repair work to address the structural issues in the rooms. - A thorough pest control process to eliminate cockroaches and mice. - Better cleanliness and hygiene standards to ensure a comfortable stay for guests. - Accurate representation of hotel access and room conditions on booking platforms. - Improved guest access, especially for those with heavy luggage, to avoid the inconvenience caused by the current entry through the restaurant. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements to enhance the guest experience. Based on my recent stay, I cannot recommend this hotel until these significant issues are addressed.

The bed and room and the approach road around it are so dirty that it seems as if we are living in a slum. Ask the hotel owner for a photo of this room. I am afraid of getting sick even if I stay in this hotel even without paying single rupees. Make arrangements for me to stay in some other atleast it should be like dharmshala where basic needs is provided you have lied to me after taking my money. Nothing is clean in this hotel, the bed, the towels, all stink. There is no water in the flush.Room is filled with cigrette smoke. I am not able to cancel there no hotel at the last hour. I am shocked and feeling that normal breathing isn't possible in this hotel . Definately I will fall sick. pl make alternate arrangements for me or refund my money.

Location of hotel is very nice in CP area check in experience is good and the thing i didn't like is hotel entry gate front entry gate is from the restaurant please see hotel outside picture to see where it locates in CP area otherwise you will face issue in finding entry gate the time I've stayed their front gate closed around 12 at night and we faced a lot of issues in finding back gate google maps will show you have arrived but there is no board in back gate

horrible stay!!1. no window in room. no exhaust.2. smell in rooms3. blankets are dirty4. pop falling from rooms5. ac making huge noise6. floor was sticky and dirty7. there is no display board of the hotel. adress is wrong8. this is my worst stay in my life in any hotel9. entry of the hotel is above on the some restaurant.
