A beautiful place to stay.. Awesome location (near the boat house).. Polite and helpful Staff especially I would like to say thanks to Miss Swati, Miss Pallavi and Mr Subam Lama... I was staying there for 3 nights 4 days.(15- Feb 2025 to 18- Feb 2025). The food was delicious. Thank you so much for all the good memories.. π I will recommend this hotel to everyone who loves to experience the ooty's beauty. Claim place. and near the boat house.

We stayed for just one night but I must stay it was worth the money. Pros: great location, great ambience, great food, staff were polite and humble, heat of the City. Cons: Electric kettle should provided for executive rooms too. It's one of the basic necessity considering Ooty climate during winter. P.S. I highly recommend this place.

Stay was worth the money spent! Staffs were very helpful and it's one of the best family-friendly resorts in Ooty. The hotel has got a great view of Ooty Lake. Breakfast was awesome and all essential amenities were provided.
