We were leaving for mumbai after amazing trip but our flight got cancelled due to weather and with no option left we booked this new place asap because on that day many flights were getting cancelled. And what to say our experience is terrible from ZOON DAAB. Manager is the crude, insensible, unaware of customer service and totally crazy one. The place was okay as per our emergency but management was lower than third class. We asked for heater which was chargeable but than light went off and this ridiculous manager is saying it was not his fault that hotel has no light back up, in this minus degrees with snowfall in Srinagar me and wife were literally in at most cold place with no facility and hoping to leave in first morning. In morning this insensible manager is asking for charges of heater which was not used and have guts to argue with us that he is not responsible and all is our fault. Manager don’t have respect to his staff also Problems we faced 1. No towels 2. No drinking water 3. No light 4.Breakfast not provided on time as promised 5. No person to attend 6. Bathroom not cleaned and without working geyser 7. In dinner asked for sabji of our choice and provided with there own choice 8. Manager’s sister and her friends were their in banquet place and we were told that due to COVID they don’t allow to eat in banquet place.

No words to express gratitude towards Wasim Bhai (the hotel owner). He is a gem of a person and can do anything to help people in distress. Coming to the hotel... Great property... Superb location... Just outside Srinagar Airport... Good food... Good amenities... Good view... Most importantly best in class customer service. Highly recommended if you want to stay in Srinagar. Will definitely visit again for sure. Thank you again Wasim bhai... will be ever so grateful to you for all the help & assistance . The warm hospitality and going out of the way to make sure every need of our is taken care of.

It was extremely bad, id informed the guy that I'm travelling from Jammu to Srinagar via road and stuck in bad traffic. When we reached hotel at around 12am, nobody opened the gate. When I checked with the contact person he said he can't help and asked me look out for another hotel. I NEED COMPLETE REFUND OF MY BOOKING MONEY
