The place is ok, but the female staff is very irritating and rude. She will forcefully try to manipulate your stay as per her choice. She imposes restrictions on coming in and going out also and will keep disturbing you by coming to your room and calling you unnecessarily during your stay.

the hotel room was dirty, and they didn't provide drinking water, as there was too cold at Darjeeling , even there was guizer , they didn't switch on . The dollma inn hotel owner is rude and liar. I'm very upset .And the location of the hotel is too many far . It's too bad experience

we have booked for three person standard rooms ,but they provide only one double bed, and no attached bathroom, there are common bathrooms with no mirror, and geo location is also wrong on map, but hotel staff is very cooperative..

Water facility was not there. Bathroom quality was not up to mark and standard category room was also average. We have booked 3 rooms but they have only provided us the check-in only in 2 rooms. Overall stay was very worst.

In house restaurant was not available in the property. Hotel was located far from the main town. Caretaker handled all of my services and there was no time limitation for going out and coming back.
