my experience is not so good. i booked deluxe rooms where TV is not working after complaining too, we asked to change the room because we saw vacant rooms in our lobby but not alloted, even they haven't provided stool in bathroom (replying aapka to deluxe room(Per day cost was 2050 in off season) he.. super deluxe nahi .. any cheaper guest house can provide this basic thing. .... that's why we shifted to another hotel nearby for next 3 days

The resort is located at an interior area, was good in that price which I booked, the room was stinking as if it was closed for days, no ventilation in the room and no room services, they were not cleaning the room on daily basis... if u want to roam goa and only sleep in the room then it's fine at that price.... the pool was nice and clean.... best part

In the room. No drinking water is there. No welcome kit. Regular cleaning is no there. You need to ask all things to roomboy. Network issue are there. Wifi not working properly. Complimentary Breakfast not good. Night time totally current cut issue. Simply you can stay and for other things go out.

Rooms were clean n tidy. Beach and shacks are hardly 3 min walk from hotel. food is awesome here. Fish curry n squid dish is must try here. and quantity is also more than sufficient. Cons: Pool is bit small. wifi was provided only after asking for it.

No toiletries provided. Television not in working condition, old aur conditioning, bathroom is ok, the room is also ok but not deep cleaned as the food by the previous lodger was not thrown and was still lying in the refrigerator.
