i recently stayed at this hotel and while the location was truly mesmerizing, offering stunning views and a serene atmosphere, the overall experience fell short in terms of service. upon arrival, i was disappointed to find that the room lacked basic amenities, such as paper napkins, and the water was provided in reusable bottles instead of the usual packed bottles, which i found somewhat unusual. not once during my stay did anyone come to check on us, and essential items like water and tea/coffee sachets were not refilled. for the price they charge, i expected much better service and food. while the location was fantastic, the overall experience was unsatisfactory, and i would have expected much more for the price.

The ambience of resort is good,u can get a good sea view, entry to private beach like area is good.Can spend evening at beach, pool is good,Breakfast ok, not that great.Good early morning vibe around the resort. Wifi not at all working and they are not concerned to fix that.The main problem is with the resort staff,Seems like they are not at all trained to receive and deal with guests.Seems like they are nearby people.Hospitality very bad.That will ruin the whole resort experience.My opinion is to add some more professionalism.

A perfect weekend getaway location to relax and enjoy from a busy life. Rooms are clean and well maintained. We've got a Seaview room and view from the room was fantastic. Resort staffs are friendly and helpful. Mr. Cimal helped us to explore near by view points and he even arranged travel facilities. we didn't have to worry about anything at stay. Food and restaurant services were very good. Staffs were couple friendly. Pool and a private beach made our special day more beautiful

the least a couple is Wishing for while visiting a property is privacy. What hotel management ethics they practice when a boy opens your room without even properly knocking, asking for something irrelevant and his fellow female having a glee at me questioning things then. Average stay for this price, just they have is a good sea view.

Resort is not worth for the price, we paid for the partial garden view room. No cleanliness, no amenities were available for the room except the bathroom kit. Rooms weren't up to the rate. Bathroom we got hadn't have the lock, it can be opened to inside with the lock on. We had breakfast it was very poor, we got breads with fungus.

The stay was amazing and the staff was really friendly. They arranged a candle light dinner for us as we requested them and they charged us very nominal amount and the food was awesome .They have a private pool good for couples and family also have a dedicated beach where you can spend quality family time.

It was a nice experience. The highlight about this resort the beach view. To enjoy the sunset with a calm atmosphere, the elixir cliff is the best choice. Also, private beach access is available from the resort. The staffs are cool and I like their service. Rooms and bathrooms are modernised and hygiene.

The property is a worthy choice for any go to beach persons. if your gonna order food from here then one meal can be enough for two people coz we ordered two and couldn't eat fully. Alcohol frndly and pets friendly is another good option to choose this place.

overall, it's a pleasant experience in elixir cliff beach resort. room given to us is very good. they serve a delicious buffet breakfast. front desk and all the staff are very helpful. they have to slightly improve the quality of the swimming pool.
