The alex beach house is a very very good option for family and for bachelors .its a 2 bhk apartment with 2 bathrooms, one being attached and 3 balconies .it got all basic and necessary amenities including fridge,washing machine ,oven and basic kitchen utensils.tv was available on both rooms. the pool in the complex was also awesome. we had a really wonder stay.I would have given them a five star for sure but 1 star deducted for the lack of parking facility, since the apartment complex is under construction and due to their lack of service as our apartment was not cleaned as promised . and another thing is that there is no reception desk or anything for any urgent need. Eventhough there was not much parking facility inside the complex premise which is under construction we had parked our car inside somehow, but one night one security was so adamant and asked us to park outside and I think he was drunk. I won't suggest this for women travellers and couples alone since they may feel a little insecure as the complex premise was full of construction workers.And at night also it feels a bit lonely for solo or couple travellers.if u are a group u can go for it eyes closed.

Stay was great here ! Recommended for those who want to stay 4-6 people together . Everything is clean and tidy . Room includes everything Fridge , utensils , induction stove even a washing machine . Both room has an A.C and a T.V . Flat includes a separate sitting room ,a open kitchen and 2 balconies . Price is cheap affordable and rooms are best in class. Staffs here are friendly and will be available for your help anytime.

Alex Beach House is an awesome homestay with all required facilities for at least two famillies.The staffs and owner are very cooperative. It is neat and clean property with all basic to miscelaneous amenities. Overall, we had a great experience at this house and will definitely visit again. I strongly recommend this house especilly for famillies, couples and group travellers.

It was a nice experience to stay at Alex Beach House. The neatness and the cleanliness of the entire house is really worth mentioning. All the basic amenities were available and the house is perfect for couples and families. I would like to stay here every time during my visit to Goa.

awesome stay at Alex Beach House. excellent facilities, well behaved staffs, cooperative owner...just like complete home with almost all things are available. supermarket, beach, restaurant, all are stone throw away....very neat and clean like a luxurious star hotel.
