I am sharing a painful experience with the behaviour of manager, he had behaved very rudely the way he spoken is not at all acceptable very unprofessional and arrogant behaviour exhibited here is my issues 1. They have not allocated the room on time what we booked. hotel staff is allocated our room to some other persons. After 45 min of wait they have allocated room what we booked 2. They have given room without cleaning there is bad smoking smell and other cigarate things are there in room 3. My brother came as visited they have not allowed we are ok for not allowing my brother but they behaved rudely and asked us to leave immediately. 4. we have book the room 4/2/2025 @ 1 Pm to 5/2/2025 @11AM but they are forcefully sent us @8Am . 5 Manager mentioned the point " you have booked room for 1500 that's why we are treating only this way" MANAGER TREATING CUSTOMERS WHO MADE RA 1500 DIFFERENTLY MEANS RUDELY AND THE CUSTOMERS WHO MADE MORE THAN RS 5000 POLITELY HE BLACKMAILED ME IF I AM NOT LEAVING ROOM AS GE SAID HE WILL GIVE POLICE COMPLAINT THIS IS VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR I NEVER FACED THESE TYPE OF TREATING please do not visit this hotel they are treating the persons as per the money

The room was very comfortable. There is continuous supply of hot water. They gave all the toiletries one needed. Bed was comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the room condition is good. Just one issue, the wifi doesn't work well and the network inside room was poor. Other than that, everything was comfortable.

Place and hotel is very nice for first time or business trip person. But I request to hotel not to charge half amount for exceeding 1-2 hours. Apart frm tht awesome service.

It was a decent stay . only problems are - 1) The road leading to the hotel is filthy . 2) They should provide a pair of bathroom slippers and chair in the room .
