I had a very unpleasant and disturbing experience during my stay at this hotel. Room was spacious but the hygiene was extremely poor. The bedsheet and pillow covers were badly stained. To make things worse, I woke up at midnight to find cockroaches crawling all over my body and around the bed, which was horrifying and unacceptable. The bathroom was clean than the room, and overall, I strongly urge the management to take immediate steps for deep cleaning, proper pest control, and improved housekeeping to ensure no other guest has to go through such an awful experience.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The bed sheets and pillows were not clean, and it looked like they hadn’t been changed properly. Even more concerning, I found cockroaches crawling over my body at midnight, which was extremely uncomfortable and shocking. I truly expected better hygiene and cleanliness from a place like this. Please look into this matter seriously, as such issues can affect the health and comfort of guests.
