Pros- The hotel was hygienic and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. The room was cool even in the middle of March in Kolkata and we didn't even have to use the AC. Cons- The biggest issue we faced was with the size of the bathroom. It was too narrow. A small person would still manage but a large person may face significant issues. This is the only reason I am giving a 3, otherwise it was definitely a 4 in all other aspects.

Near and clean rooms, bath rooms, wardrobes, bedsheets, etc. Room and bathroom is bit smaller. Staff behavior is amicable. Overall good stay at reasonable price for 2-3 days.

They changed to their another hotel which was worst in terms of room accomodation, the look, the size. Moreover while leaving their counter manager asked for tip.
