No toiletries available, WiFi is very slow, food is very expensive just for a bowl of dal it cost 100₹,no table to have my food, during my checkout no one was there in the counter and it was a horrible experience even the TV was not working.I gave one star because the room is big and it's clean. Anyways I guess because it's newly open and so much is needed to be improve.

Thank you for helping me out to fine a nice place , the staff are really nice good communication they have , and also its opposite to city central mall , if you wanna have time with your love one then i recomment this place , but the only thing is network , jio network doesnt work well there , will be back soon some day , I like the hospitality they have given

I had a very bad experience in the hotel, the hotel service is absolutely rubbish and nothing is given inside the hotel like soap, oil etc. Used towels are provided. And the biggest thing is that if you have added a complimentary breakfast, then you are not even given breakfast. And you are charged more money by the hotel staff.

the room is very small and ac not working well and even the bedsheets are not clean.......room size is very small.....when we went for check in around 3pm we have to ask to wait for 15min because room was not readdy and ventilation are not covered by curtain due to which direct sunlight enter in the room.....

Worst staff member asking for money than what i have booked when i refused they give worst room possible with two big open windows from which anyone can look inside. Moreover, they come inside my room through duplicate key and check my stuff. Worst experience ever

Pathetic hotel. A big zero in Service, very dirty and poor behaviour of the service manager and staff. Kaam and very chiyana staff...please avoid if in case you don't need a hotel for one night stay with the special one.

The stay was great. Clean and cozy room and washroom. Good service. Only the location is a bit difficult to reach as the building is newly constructed and hence google maps may deceive you a little bit.

A bad place to stay not worth even if given for free. No water in bathroom. Bedsheets are dirty even after shifting.to different rooms.
