Gangtok Residency

I paid for deluxe room, but they alloted me a basic room. There was no cleaning for whole period of my stay. The staff was ignorant of the issue that I pointed out. There was no electricity for several hours at night, and there was no power backup in my room. They ignored this issue as well. Even if you get a deluxe room, the stay is not pleasant. They have marked their location incorrectly on the map to lure customers. But the fact is that the hotel is 6 kms away from mg road. I try not to give bad reviews for businesses as I know that it is their source of income. But I couldn't hold myself after getting such a pathetic service. Please stay away from this hotel.

Hi Everyone, It was the worst experience in Sikkim. I booked a Room for 3 persons for 2 days and I paid but when I reached there, there was a bed for 2 people and they charged me an extra 1200 for extra Bed. on second day I gave Room key to the Manager Sanjit Sarkar for cleaning of Washroom but the Washroom was not cleaned. It was stinking. Room Boy was too slow to work. They will Not provide you with Bathing Shop and Shampoo unless you inform the Manager. There was a T.V as a Showpiece. Breakfast was too expensive. 120 rupees for 4 Puris, 30 Rupees/Puri. I had to Pay approx 1900 Rupees. I would suggest, please never book a Room in this Hotel.

worst hotel. we were facing water related issues, the staff were not helping. even the housekeeping service was not there. all the facilities given in details were not provided.

this property is very good. all staff behaviour are very good. in morning the surrounding view from its belcony is awesome.
