Hotel Ganpati Plaza

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND OWNER IS VERY RUDE AND NOT EVEN LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS. PATHETIC PLACE AND OWNER. HE ALSO DID PHYSICAL VIOLENCE WITH ME. AC's doesn't work there and owner (Mr. Pawan) says that it is not hotel responsibility, then who's responsibility is this ????? Pawan was very rude, ** and doesn't have even a sense and way to speak to their customers. i need my money back. i wasted 6 hours with hotel team to resolve AC issues but again reoccurs and hotel owner says, i can't do anything. I booked 5 rooms (full family). IT WAS REALLY A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH ME AND MY FAMILY. I WOULD REQUEST ALL TO NOT TO GO FOR SUCH A **** PLACE AND PERSONS LIKE PAWAN.

Horrendous service! I just checked into the hotel and it makes me feel I won't stay in this hotel ever again. I booked a deluxe room but they have provided me a normal room. When I asked them to give me a deluxe room, they refused to give and stated that, "We have only this room, up to you if you want to stay or not." Terrible staff! Poor cleanliness in the room, dirty and torn bed-sheets, washroom doesn't even have a towel, soap, ac is not working. My very strong recommendation is to avoid this hotel at all costs. It should, surely, be closed by the authorities.

bad choice. not even worth ** per night. no cleanliness. no intercom even. you will have to go to reception two floors down for every single request or item. food rates were comparable to ram so I resisted it. staff was somewhat ok but owner attitude quite like the place. avoid if u can or repent like me.

Stayed very comfortably. They provided a service that was up to the mark. Location is comfortable to reach. Rooms were good and maintained. Overall it was a good stay with this hotel.
