Amazing location, best view from the windows and even the balcony (since we had it with our super deluxe room)... Rooms were great, with cleaning & maintenance, perfect bathrooms with hot water & modern fittings, except that hot water isn't available 24 hours, the geyser only works in the mornings. The staff was cooperative & quick with the service except for once, when they denied us the electric hot water kettle saying that we damaged it with overheating whereas it had overheating signs already when we checked in, otherwise everything was perfect while our three day stay. Around 2.5-3 kms from new manali town, but every necessity available around. Perfect snowy mountain views from the room and the balcony.

First of all if you want to stay peaceful and secured with the most awesome beautiful snow peaks view from the balcony then you must choose this hotel. The hotel is a bit far from manali mall road but it's a peaceful stay. it's on the kanyal road only. hotel is 1 km up from the main road on the kanyal road. Staffs are good and polite. you can get food from the hotel but it's a bit costly. you can get veg & non veg food from outside within 200mtrs but try to eat it outside only. The only problem I faced was that the washroom smelled a little bit stinky and they should provide some floor mats as it's too cold. peaceful, secured, no disturbance, staff behaviour.

The room was clean and spacious, with modern amenities and comfortable furnishings. The staff were friendly and attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The hotel's location was also great, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. The only small downside was that the breakfast options were a bit limited, but overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

This hotel is centrally located near by Parsha waterfall. As it's a very very budget hotel you can't expect more. It's my third visit to this hotel, The staff are very cooperative. The food is great and cheap. Well maintained by their staff and free parking. The Manager is really great. safety, View and staff are very cooperative

I booked this hotel for 4 days however left it after 2 days only because of bad weather and continuous snow. My stay was fantastic on this hotel. They have great service to their guest. 4 star for this hotel services and 1 star for the chef of the hotel for delicious breakfast and dinner.

Hotel service is good, location is also good, Hotel Foods are delicious, we were not given welcome drink but we should ignore such things as staff are cooperative. Being a 4 Star hotel, Credit Cards were not accepted which was disappointing.

We stay here 2 nights, Our stay at the property was great. The rooms were amazing, the service was great. Loved all aspect of our stay. Such a beautiful place. The view is awesome. Staff is very polite. I wish to visit again.

Overall experience was good, Property situated in good location. Staff behaviour was good 😊 and got nice support from reception. We stayed in Tree cottage with 2 Rooms attached, Rooms were okay with Necessary amenities.
