The best hotel at Pelling. We booked a family suite at this hotel. The room service was more than what I expected, hotel cleanliness and decoration was also excellent. The complementary breakfast and food quality were tasty and more than enough. We also got a wonderful sunrise view of Kanchenjunga range from the room. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hotel staffs for their excellent service. I would surely recommend this hotel :)

I booked this hotel because of the rating it has on goibibo and ratings aren't wrong. very accomodating manager, Mr Guha. The team was equally good. Big(we got a room in the new block) and clean rooms and amenitiesThe breakfast buffet was also excellent. well behaved staff. I recommend this stay not only to the tourists but also locals of Sikkim who travel to Pelling for pilgrimage or otherwise.

Few rooms are good and having good view like 304, 305. At first I was given 306 , which was stuffing and damp. Later I changed to 304. Veg Restaurant, however breakfast was good. Hospitality is good. Location is lower Pelling , However having good view of Kanchenjangha.

(I) view of Kanchenjunga from room is awesome. (ii) room is spacious and very neet and clean. (iii) Bathroom is also very neet and clean. (iv) complementary breakfast is very good. cons (I) card payment facility is not available. (ii) wifi is very poor speed.
