So starting with the location, it situated near market and a socially active area. to away from beach and is a business stay hotel. They have their own parking it's 1 hr drive from Caboderama ( south goa ), from majorda it's 10, 15 mins for North goa ( baga ) it ll take around 1.30 hrsComing to room and bathroom, they are extremely clean and gives actual feel of 4 star. they provide you toiletries and hairdryer ( no room slippers ) with goa I found many hotels where the beds are over springy which makes very discomfort while sleeping and you end up getting neck pain. but here the bed are very comfortable and I probably had best sleep only here during my whole goa tripit's a peaceful property no noise on the floor outside room.for smokers - they don't allow smoking inside the room so you need to inform them that you need smoking room because smoking zone is only at 1st floor kitchen is available in the hotel so you can order food. food taste was good but I felt food was overpriced could have been a bit lowwe took including breakfast stay so the breakfast options were not impressive they had 2 variety of morning breakfast out which puri bhaji kept being there for all days 🙄. lot of games on 1st floor so your kids are set 😏staff was polite, approachable , quick overall I had amazing stay except for breakfast rest was absolutely perfect

This is an excellent hotel to stay in South Goa. Big property with Royal Room size . Break fast quality was also very good. staff were very cooperative. my experience of first day was not good because for doing early check in I had to pay extra 800.00 Rs to hotel where the room were available for early check in. other wise every thing was good as far as stay is concern. For couples this hotel is the right place to stay. Hotels room and bed size is in fact made for couples .there is no extra noise in the hotel. Feel good kind of thing is there in the hotel room. Good joints are there in the surroundings for lunch and diner to change the test.

This is an excellent hotel to stay with family and for couples. Room size is Royal . Feel good kind of thing are there in Hotel. Hotel staffs are also very cooperative. 5 star kind of feeling is there in the hotel room. Hotel Bath room is also neet and clean . Madgaon KTC bus stand is in walkable distance. If next time we go we will stay in this hotel only.. There is no noise is there in the hotel. It is situated in a very peaceful place. hotel room is big with king size bed. all the facilities were available in the room .
