Clean facility, great & courteous staff. Food taste is good. We mainly tried the breakfast menu. Location is pretty good. Empty roads mostly and both Morjim and Ashwem beach are 10-15 mins walk. Few supermarkets closeby for your own things. It’s on a hill and approach road could be better but it’s manageable. Luxury, Peace

v.poor management at gracias. the staff is rude and the there is no sense of service. unhygienic and unclean rooms .
