I loved the hospitality of GRT! It is the best hotel in Chennai known for it's comfortable rooms & delicious food. And the people just take very good care of every guest! Vinod the Manager has been a thorough expert at making sure the guest stay & departure is all taken care- I thought I would miss my flight but thanks to Vinod I didn't! Wonderful scenic rooms & hygienic environment GRT Grand is a must stay!

I have stayed in a lot of Hotels. Everywhere I have seen quality of service deteriorates. This is a hotel where I stayed in 2018 and now in 2021. Still the service is amazing. Quality Stay Guaranteed. Food is amazing. Definitely my next stay at Chennai will also be in Grand by GRT. Hope that day will come soon.

Unique service found is foot massaging machine in the room, very useful for relaxation👌🏻, breakfast was simply superb. And Dinner at J Hind restaurant - paneer was so soft and malai kofta curry taste was so excellent. The best veg dishes 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻, Hats off to the CHEF👍🏻

the hotel staff were very warm and courteous. the breakfast buffet was very well laid and tasty. location of the hotel is fabulous. there was an issue with temperature control which can be more user friendly inside the room. other than that it was a nice experience.

Never seen such a brilliant hotel before !.. food quality was too good. . quick service and the main thing is that they allowed me to check.in 1 hour before from the given time. I will definately stay here again. much better than ITC chola
