Grand Courtyard Hotel near Kauvery Hospital

During my recent stay here I encountered an unfortunate experience with the receptionist that significantly impacted my stay. Upon arrival, I was met with a lack of courtesy and professionalism. The receptionist seemed uninterested and dismissive, which made the check-in process unnecessarily cumbersome. He demanded for extra money before check out Additionally, there was a lack of clear communication regarding the hotel's amenities and policies, which left me feeling confused and unwelcome. The poor attitude and unprofessional behavior of the receptionist set a negative tone for my entire stay. I expected a warm and hospitable welcome, but instead, I was met with indifference and a lack of basic customer service. This experience has certainly made me reconsider my choice of accommodation. I hope the management takes necessary steps to improve their staff training and ensure that all guests are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve.

I booked this Hotel as per ratings given by travelers. But it was quite disappointment. Because -1. Hotel is located in small lane, so don't expect road touch with good view. 2. Rooms are too small with water leakage Mark ( May be because of recent heavy rain) 3. Hotel doesn't have own kitchen, so every morning they serve limited breakfast plate without coffee and Tea. Now Days All hotels above tariff of ₹gives complimentary buffet breakfast. But here's they don't do. 4. Hotel needs to work on hygiene. 5. Television having technical problems. Positive Point-1. Despite of Room size, Housekeeping trying to maintain it. 2. Ac is working well 3. Staff is supportive. 4. Hotel is newly constructed.

Osm stay, Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service, Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Staff has attitude and try to teach customers. Bathrooms are not constructed properly and floor is wet all the time after bathing. Basics like tissue paper roll, chairs etc not available. Location is pathetic and doesn’t look like the pictures at all. Can be compared to a homestay as it lacks many features to be called a hotel.
