GRAND EXOTICA VILLA

Location is good, amenities were good, rooms were clean. The only and severe drawback is the service quality. The receptionist/ manager kept asking us to move our vehicle from this point to that point in the limited parking area they have. He even doesn't hesitate to bang on the door 6.00 in the morning when we were sound asleep. I have parked my vehicle in such a manner that my vehicle is not an obstacle to other vehicles. He knocks at your door without out thinking whether it is necessary to wake the guest up ( when I went there it was not at all necessary to move my vehicle). Overall the staff were just not Professional. The same guy grabbed RS 30 for a tea when it is printed RS 20 for a Tea in the menu provided. This is exactly the kind of idotics which ruins the experience of a well kept property.

This is awesome villa and it is good for families. I like it very much and the way owner and staff behaved was very excellent and lot of support, assistance provided by them. this is 10km from kumily, you can stay only if you have the car, but the location is awesome with spice plantation surrounded by it.staff manoj and Kathir was really helpful and they provided all that is required for us...they have car parking, 24 hr hot water,

Actually we had booked our hotel in grand exotic but when we went over there they said rooms aren't available. Mannger of grand exotica had made arrangement for our staying in Aishwarya hotel at kumily highway. Aishwarya hotel was best, it had spice garden on backyard of the hotel. It is like staying with nature. Food service and eminities were good at Aishwarya.

We reached at around 8pm, they won’t prepare food so we went out get food around 3km we didn’t find single decent restaurant. Finally we ended up with some road side dirty fast food stall. Apart from it hotel rooms are okay and bit odd part is there are some local boys are always in the Hall. It’s not actually a proper hotel it’s also has ****.
