Green Land is the perfect stay for solo travelers. I think this is the best property in Munnar who offering single occuppency room for solo travelers like me in the lowest rate ever. Mr Ajith and his family hosting this homestay and they will treat us like a family member. Ajith the young man came to the bus stop to pick up me and care like a brother. There are lot of places nearby the stay and they will arrange rikshas for sight seening. I think if you have a two wheeler that will be more better. Thank you Ajith and family for this wonderfull stay and made my holidays happy!

We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and the food was awesome. This homestay is situated 7 km from Sengulam Dam/boating lake, which was in my "to visit list", therefore the location was apt for me. If you plan to visit only munnar, then the distance could bother you.

Location wise it was in a good area. The caretaker was fine and very helpful. Food was ok but there were no options available in it. Services were all good. In terms of security, it was not up to the mark.
