I booked this hotel by seeing reviews, but the experience at this hotel did not meet our expectations. pros: staff is polite, parking space is ample cons: rooms are very small, cleanliness is not there, blankets and beddings are very dirty, I was not allotted booked categories of rooms but they were already allotted to someone else due to heavy rush of tourists on my day of stay, hotel owner does not want to spend a penny on its maintenance, location is 12 km from har ki Pauri, you can easily find guests complaining on reception counter, each and every person was having any issue related to hotel rooms and service, lacks basic amenities.

Never ever dare to stay with your family in this creepy hotel.I stayed with my sister and elderly parents and suddenly at 1:00 am at night people banged at my door saying "Madam bula rhi h reception par".i was extremely furious while my family was terrified of sending me to the reception. She repeatedly apologised for this ruthless behaviour.in short, Never ever opt for this Hotel if you want to spend your vacations peacefully.

With context to Room no. 101 : PROS - Price , Comfortable beds , Cold Water for baths , Good PeopleCONS - Connectivity , Location[Far from Bus Stand , Railway Station] , Hygiene especially Bathroom[Had to buy Odonil] , Food[Downright bad and expensive - Eat from other places] , TV used for showcase[No actual recharge] , Used and Unwashed Sheets , Towels were provided

I had changed three rooms and all of them were facing some or the other issues viz exhaust fan not working, door lock was not functional etc. Then ultimately changed in the third room which was having gap in the window got it tapped, fan was not working properly, water pressure was not good in the bathroom. But somehow managed with the problems.
