The place Was good overall! Little bit maintenance work has to be made ! It's a pleasant stay and For a family It's very peaceful without any disturbance at all! Had a good stay here! As a family we didn't find Any disturbance or noise over here ! But the thing we felt bad is only breakfast is provided here , there's no food provided for other timings ,so we have to go some 2 kms away for dinner and lunch!

Hotel it was so poorly managed. there was only a small boy to run the whole premise. Water was pale yellow. drinking water was also dirty. we were offered dirty towels and no replacement was done. in the night at 7pm it was pitch dark, no lighting in the hotel. this kind of hotel has no right to charge around 3000/- per night. the standard was lower even than that of a basic lodge.

Unfortunately there was no fan or AC in our room, also the TV was not working and when questioned the management said only our TV was not working and dint oblige for change in room. Breakfast served was extremly basic, Idly, wada, bread and jam. For the cost taken for breakfast its worth to have outside than in the hotel. Overall not a pleasant experience.

Beautiful place and property maintenance is excellent 👌I would like to mention about gokul the house keeper of this villa , who would look after the guest making their stay the most comfortable one. Manager Ramesh is too kind to guide your stay out there. would Highly recommend this villa for a beautiful staycation in ooty.

Good points - The villa is shown in pics. The location is the best part as it was at walking distance from botanical garden and main market. Bad points- found the rate on higher side, may be due to new year time.

Average hotel. Rooms are too small. Bathrooms are even smaller than I've ever seen. Breakfast was not bad.

It's an overprice hotel , not worth to stay here in so much of prices , rooms are very small.
