AC was absent and at the same time TV setup box was not working there was no balance available that's why it was giving massages to recharge if want to continue watching TV ..NO channel was shown and the same has been reported to hotelier. They provided stay but still there issue with regular drinking water when I checked in I asked for regular drinking water so they didn't provided for one and half hour to insist me for packed 35 rupees liter mineral water. which is totally unacceptable behaviour from hotelier. I was waiting for water because we're two persons checked in they provided one bottle as Complimentary. No room heater provided to maintain temperature in this winter season or AC. OVERALL GOOD BUT NO MET MY EXPECTATIONS... .... Please refund my money into my back account or same mode of payment. ... staff is not working properly so you're getting incorrect information. No doubt hotel is best but whatever you have promised not fulfilled.

The hotel is very good actually excelent I must say, I love their service their behavior and the quality of the hotel. I will give this hotel 5 out of 5. No need for any 2nd thoughts. Love this hotel and I will definitely book this hotel again for my next trip to manali. And one thing more I have to say that the view from the hotel belcony is just mesmerizing

The Hotel is at very cheap rate.Manali market is 1km away. The rooms are best and beyond your excepration the view from hotel balcony is awesome. Rooms are clean tge staff are co-operative. Food and Services is also best. So whenever you come to manali try this hotel.

I got the single room for some........ which got all the amenties. The room service and view from the balcony were very good. hotel provided the pickup and drop from/to bus stand. Mr Yash was very helpful throughout the stay.
