I recently had an exceptional experience at Indie Stays Hotel. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, always greeting me with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and exuded cozy vibes. As a solo female traveler, safety and security are my top priorities, and I found this hotel had excellent reviews regarding cleanliness and safety. I was particularly impressed with the amenities, including an electronic safe and a smart TV with Netflix and Hotstar. The food was a highlight—tasting just like home-cooked meals, making it easy to feel at home during my stay. The cozy atmosphere and homestyle cuisine definitely exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the airport was a huge plus. I found it easy to catch a cab right outside, and the front desk staff were very helpful in arranging my early morning ride. I recently stayed at [Indie Stay , Jaipur ], and my experience was incredibly disappointing due to their unclear and discriminatory policies. Upon checking in, there was no indication or communication regarding any restrictions on male guests. Imagine my surprise and frustration when I learned, well after my arrival, that male guests are not allowed in rooms after 7 PM. This rule was not displayed anywhere in the hotel or mentioned during the booking process, which felt very deceptive. The lack of transparency caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my plans. I believe guests have the right to be informed about such crucial policies beforehand. The management's handling of this situation was poor, and I felt unwelcome and unfairly treated. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you value clear communication and respect as a customer.

I stay at indie stays jaipur hotel for 2 time. They treat me like the same as they treated me on my first stay at hotel with big smile and helping nature. The food is really delicious as always. The front office staff Sameer and Shruti,they are so helpful and provide the clear and sufficient information about the city and where we can go for shopping and food .I came here again because of the cleanliness and the service which they offer to their guest.I would recommend all to come and stay at indie stays hotel. I like the most of this hotel is that they Focus on providing the best service in terms of cleanliness, safety, security and confidentiality.Being a women ,I am always scared for safety,but here they make me feel so comfortable and the vibes of room and ambience makes me so easy and relaxed .

very nice hotel coszy rooms only problem that I felt is they dont have restaurant but they will provide inroom dining...rest I felt very nice room bathroom, I think it's hotel run by some it young professionals...tried to do something new...liked their atmosphere....will stay again my family wanted to stay a day more..unfortunately they didn't have rooms for next day...rest all was nice
