The resort is nice and have clean and well maintained rooms with a beautiful view, our expectations are very high after seeing the photos of this resort on website and the resort is same as shown in pictures, but there is another side also there of this resort and the location of resort is very near to fish port and because of this very bad smell coming and outside there is a street light which is also not working we stay here for 3 nights but not worth at all and the staf didn’t corporate with our problems no bike/car rental facility available near this resort bcoz of the smell of died fishes near this resort you cannot even roam freely all over hotel is good but location wise it is very very bad .This is my genuine review👍🏻😊

All the staffs were helpful and polite. service is best. inside resort you won't feel any smell but outside it smells fish since it's near jetty. note: do ask for direction before directly using map the ambience and the lake view where you can sit together as friends and have fun chit chatting and the lake view.

The location of the property is inside from the main road but that's completely fine with me. Overall I had a very nice stay for the property has a very nice ambiance and the cleanliness of the room and the washroom was also great. Staff in the resort also had a friendly conduct.

The services and the facilities were enormous. The quality of the food was also up to scratch. Professional staff behavior made our stay smooth for their good room services. Did not find difficulty in locating the property. All in all I had a very comfortable stay in this resort.

It's a well maintained property & is about 2-3 away from market area so it's a bit quite place & so it's very peaceful over here, it's best part is it's view which is beyond just great & even the food I had over here was delicious.

it is too far from the palolem beach and also dinner facility is not available, food is quality is also not good. This hotel is located in Fishing colony and you will face fishes smell whole day

Resort was excellent and the facility was good. We tried food in their restaurant which tastes nice however the resort is placed in a remote area & outside surrounding had a very bad smell.

Amazing property for the price, the staff are very cooperative, the chef will customise the food according to you... 15 min drive from Cavellosim beach, 30 mins from Palolem.

Very nice property, the infact one of the best in South Goa but if you intend to travel to North Goa then it's 1.5 hour drive one- way Chill, calm and place to relax

Hotel is in remote location, you won't get any bike or car on rent easily from here. Nearest beach is cavelossim which is approx 8-9 km. Staff is good.
