This hotel is not accepting the hotel provided Non-AC room instead of AC room for which I paid through for AC room. The owner of the hotel is also not responding any other hotel room booking. In my presence the hotel provided AC room to instant, spot booking ,offline customers. I have seen so many customers suffering from this type of harrasment and gone to other hotels, because the hotel authority regret to provide any rooms . I am not satisfied about the hotel service and amenities.

hotel had no info about our booking. we kept waiting for more than 30 minutes at the reception. There were other guest's as well, few were aged people and they had same issue. AC was making annoying sound and couldn't sleep properly. we requested for late chek out by an hour but Staff started chasing us for check out @ 8 am, no late check-out was given.

No problems faced at all during my stay in this hotel ..form the checking-in to checking-out it went very smooth ..no complaints at all.. everything was top class for me..total value of money stay here..one of my best stay experience.

First room AC was not working and had to shift. Lots of Mosquitoes No soaps in toilet Extremely unhygienic Insufficient blankets. Was very adamant to give couple of hours beyond checkout time... Though we had my mother who is old.

Good hotel with all facilities available in medium range.Hotel staffs are friendly.Near from station,little disadvantage is beach is far away from hotel.but transportation is good and available. value for money.

The staff was not very friendly or supportive of anything. Their was no bottles, the AC was not working and overall the whole facility as such provided was not at all upto my expectations.
