We had a horrible experience at janet and john’s. The management is very poor. There is not enough staff. The ac does not work properly. There is no exhaust fan in washroom and also the wash basin tap is loose. No electric kettle which is a standard nowadays. Fan runs at low speed. And there is water problem also. On the day of our checkout there was no water since morning up until 10am. And worst of all is the manager. Not at all cooperative and has a very rude behavior. He is not present in the reception and most of the time sleeps in his room. Anything that is asked from him gets delegated to the only staff who is a young boy doing every chores of the property.

first they had given us a bad room ,but they made up for it by giving us another room staff and specially the manager and the representative ...so over and all that was the only room which was in very bad state the other rooms are good nd beach is very close

rooms are small and they don’t even provide any locker or allmirah and washrooms is very small and dirty in washroom mirror i can’t even see my face

Right from out arrival everthing here has been perfect. Rooms are clean. Beach is awesome. Beer is cold. Sunset is perfect.
