I booked and stayed at this hotel on 21-Apr-22 with a complimentary breakfast.At the time of booking, I saw a room with complimentary breakfast.After that, we reached the hotel and we cannot find any space for parking our car, I parked my vehicle on the main road and go inside and I cannot see anyone in the reception, again called and then a lady came and allotted the room for us. Also, I cannot find any restaurant in the hotel, so I inquired about the complimentary breakfast they told me we don't have a restaurant so we cannot provide it. I showed them my booking page but had no luck with getting the breakfast. The room was ok, but not good, overpriced. no housekeeping.

Worst ever experienceCockroach and ants They gave 204 room to me.Every time when we return to room from outside, as soon as we open the door. We can see cockroach running.With regard to the service - We don’t have a room boy and we need to go down to talk to the old person who is at reception and it’s like for him I’m complaining so finally I clicked picture and showed him about the cockroach and ants all over. no hot waterIt’s says breakfast included. When we ask he shows face as if he is going to pay from his pocket. And he brings late only from outside

The hotel is centrally located and it is only about a 10 minute walk from the Metro Station The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable the TV channels are good The air-conditioning was a bit week otherwise the stay was very pleasant

Amazing room service with a healthy nd tidy work. Had a good complimentary breakfast and on the whole they served me well as per my request. Worth the cost of stay.
