Aamby valley City is brand .Ambiance of property is amazing. We had short stay at Juvana Resort & Spa in city. Check in & check out procedure was very easy & quick. Staff were soft spoken & polite. Food quality is good (but too costly) . About property, We didn't received any welcome drinks on arrival. We found very limited amenities in room. No Towel set, no floor mat found in room. (usually everyone get these items by-default ). Room was dusty, in balcony - lot of spiders web found, doors were jam, paint has given away, seelan, damp partitions. Swing Sofa from balcony found damaged, it's metal structure found with rust patches all over it. Lamps from balcony were fully dirty. While checkout, we were charged extra rs 2500+tax on usage of tea kettle. When asked, we received very undupported reason. Enjoyed scenic view of resort, but end was disappointing.

Property is good but only if you are travelling in a group and having a personal vehicle cause everything is far away in amby valley and everything is chargeable... coming to juavana resort, it another part of aamby valley where for breakfast even you have to travel 3km ....
