We booked the shared houseboat but was moved to a private one as there was no other reservations. Although the booking information says there is WiFi, we did not have WiFi. There was also no hit water for the shower. The staff onboard and the food was amazing. We had a great time. The address shown is incorrect. You need to call them before your arrival to confirm where to meet them.

don't ever book this one..they taken 4000 rs extra for the whole night... whatever amount is written in that invoice, it is for 3 hours only.. they told if we want to stay whole night we have to pay extra 4000 rs... but in the booking rules already written checkout is next day morning 9:00 am... Please dont eve book this Kerala houseboat ..they are fooling people like anything

Actually I thought it is waste of money but after entering the boat I got surprised,well come juice is nice and afternoon lunch is Kerala style is better and one more thing before check-in the cosy boat staff calling you to confirm your vegetarian or non vegetarian and this boat is well cleaned .

I have book houseboat for couple pvt but after reaching Alleppey which I book houseboat tsay now you will be shifted to sharing boat, and just say "sorry for inconvenience", now no pvt boat available, you have to take sharing otherwise your money will go waste, no one here is picking up call

The house boat is a must visit. Babu who manages the boat is very helpful and a very joyful person. The boat cruise lasts for about 2 and half hours. The food served is also very delicious and authentic. You can buy crabs or fish at additional charge. A must visit.

Food was awesome. But we faced power fluctuations the whole day and I'm night AC was not working even the fan as well. Alternative arrangements weren't done.
