This resort is for people who would love to take a break, sit back, contemplate and recharge themselves. Things you will get here - serene sceneries, phenomenal sun rises, blissful mornings, pretty good lunch/dinner, friendly people and free boat rides. Pedal boats or kayaking is a must try here - seeing a sunrise in a boat amidst the calm and peaceful backwaters is purely magical. Now what you won’t get here - activities for kids, the huge breakfast spread we all love, advertisement about the available activities and nearby attractions. At the end of the day this resort is totally worth every penny you pay.

Had a very memorable experience at the resort. Its a big property and true to its name of heritage resort. Stayed for 3 days and its was very pleasant and refreshing. Location is awesome and the food is also delicious. One catch is you need to mention if you need the food to be spicy other wise its at a blander side. Service is very nice, staff is courteous. The highlight of the resort is of course backwaters.. the serene view from the room is very refreshing. Resort has their own back water boat ride till the beach. We stayed back at the beach and took auto back to resort as the boat starts back at 5:15.

My husband and I were looking for a resort that will be far away from the din and bustle of the city and we came across Kondai Lip Backwater Resort. The images were quite alluring and we straightaway booked it. The stay was divine! The resort is spread over a huge area and one can enjoy the tranquility of the backwaters from their private balcony. The food was amazing too and so was the service. Water activities are available as well.

We enjoyed the stay in Kondai Lip. It is an excellent resort with great surroundings. The food was also great and made to order avoiding the risk of stale food being served. Make sure you are ordering the food atleast 1-1.5 hours before you want to have it. There are couple of activities to do in the resort which will keep the kids and family engaged. I will surely recommend this resort to my friends.

We had an awesome stay.Beautiful location ,well maintained gardens,Good facilities, good hospitality and the kondai lip is an excellant choice for all kinda families.Much better experience compared to houseboats.Its defenitely a place worth the money you pay. Highly recommended

Rooms are well furnished, have very good ambience and have backwater view. Restaurant is good. Staff are polite and helpful. Badminton, peddle boats, kayaks and swimming pool access are available. Rooms come with a beautiful view of backwaters and a private seating area.

It's a beautiful experience. The staff is extremely coordial and the scenic beauty is surreal. There is a picturesque backwater trip organized by the resort and there is a beach trip. I have already visited the resort twice and plan to visit again!

very good for family. good scenary. restraunt is expensive. limited food options due to covid. rooms are clean. but there is no view from room. bathrooms are clean. fishing and boating was enjoyable. my child enjoyed a lot. we thank goibo team.

Wonderful resort, very close to the city. Excellent service. Good food - maybe a tad high priced (the only downside). Boating and the pool are great family activities.

Lovely. Lots of Birds to see. Go with your Binoculars. A place near by named Neendakara where we spotted some thousands of birds. It's not exaggeration. Boat ride.
