No water almost half the time, wifi not reaching the room, tv not working, but friendly staff and location was excellent just 2-3 min walk to beach. Elevator also was not working, hotel needs strict and urgent renovation , very old builing, overall experience if you are bachelors and on a strict budget, its good, but for couples and families wont recommend it at all.

Pathetic experience. They just looked in the name of the New Year rush. No Geyser, no toilet paper roll, no TV, no power back up, no WiFi, no toiletries, fridge of very poor condition, dirty bed sheet and pillow covers, damp wall. what more do you need.

This hotel is very wrecked. The rooms are not clean The blankets on the bed are not clean The hotel staff is unruly There is a problem of light in the hotel. There is no light all night long Too many mosquito bites in the room

no toiletries, swimming pool not clean, TV not working. hot water not available in my room. daily house keeping and cleaning does not happen. clean room and average cost and on road location.

Not a very good place to stay in Goa. The staff is unfriendly, rooms are filthy and even the lift is not working. Wouldn’t recommend staying here!
