HOTEL GREEN CRYSTAL

Our overall stay experience with Mulberry Residency-Mahabaleshwar was average. Most of the time we spent out side of the hotel. Our experience as follows:1) Hotel is located at centre point2) Ambiance is OK3) Cleanliness of the hotel room was not bad . Need more Cleanliness & hygiene.4) They should use some floor cleaner solutions to avoid dirty smell.5) Hot water was available as and when required.6) One common blanket was provided which was very dirty. It was not washed and was having dirty smell. Rest towels bed sheet and pillow covers were clean.7) Very poor WiFi network. we could not use it during our stay.8) Frequent electricity problem-No immediate generator backup was provided.9) The biggest problem was very less manpower to handle issues.10) Hotel owner was available over the phone only. Two persons were available at the hotel, first one to clean the rooms and the other one Mr. Shubham Pawar to handle customer issues.11) Both these persons were very polite, cooperative while talking and provided us good service as and when we approached them. But they also were having limitations due to less manpower. Due to these fellows I am rating 3 star otherwise i would have rated 2 star only.

Good Hotel with big size rooms with balcony. Have ample parking availability. Location is central to all the points.
