we had booked the hotel for 4 nights.very very poor conditions of rooms, damaged toileteries, no gyser, no hot water, no towels, very dirty rooms.we were in coordination with the team for shifting the hotel, but they denied for shifting us. we had requested the team to refund our balance amt. They denied to refund the amt.Hotel lake scene in srinagar is very very bakwas hotel.pls dont book the room.

I made a reservation for the on Hotel Lake Scene, SRINAGAR for the 09.01.2021.I reached in hotel evening 4:00 PM but there are issue of electrical and Power cut this hotel and this hotel owners ask me please check in others hotel and cancel your booking due to no electric power in hotel

Too small rooms. TV not working. No hot water facility. Little restriction is there in moving in or out. Mostuitos are in and out. No dining facility. Even you will not get a cup of Tea. In the end, no lake scene there.

the rooms are OK we booked 3 rooms for 8 persons and the Owner Umar has earlier denied for giving extra bedding for 2 persons and after having long discussion provide us beddings but his behaviour is not appropriate

कोई सफाई नहीं तीन दिन मे एक ही बैडशीट ,बदलते नही,electricshity poor दो पर्सन को एक ही तोलिया वो भी तीनो दिन मैं दूसरा नहीं ,टीवी चालू नहीं कोई साबुन नही पैसेंजर की मजबूरी का फायदा उठा रहे हैं।

Great Experience.Well Decorated & Equipped Rooms. Ower is friendly and Faizan Bhai is always available for help. Filtered water available. 24 hour Power Supply. Few metres from Dal Gate Bridge

Worst place to stay there was no water jet in the toilet and to check wether hot water is running or not some one from the hotel was knocking on the door in early morning Not for couples
