It is spot on at the Dal lake....between ghat 6 and 7........Very close to French bakery Bistro and Stream restaurant and other Punjabi restaurant.helped a lot in the stay. Arranged for all the cabs and in general enhanced overall smooth stay.Recommending for Solo and friend group. No toiletries to be expected.If on a tight budget, then even family can consider.

stayed for one night, room size is big, location wise it is good, but at third floor without lift, and no kitchen facility, even for a morning tea one have to wait till outside tea shops are open. if one want spacious room and can stair upto third floor than can be booked
