Our overall experience at Magpie Chestnut Retreat was good. Stay was comfortable. We took a meals inclusive package and to our surprise all the veg and non veg dishes were very well prepared and delicious. Staff was polite and courteous. Most of the rooms have magnificent view of Kunchanjunga mountain so that was also a cherry on the cake.

Really nice hotel in a nice location. Since it is located in Lower Pelling, local shops are not available. Apart from that, it is a nice place to stay and enjoy the beauty of the Kanchanjanga Hills.
