i had stayed at malavikas resort and had a mixed experience. the staff behavior was exceptional - friendly, helpful, and attentive. the room ambiance was lovely, and the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance were impressive. the air conditioning in my room stopped working properly around midnight, which was quite inconvenient. additionally, i was surprised to find that there were no floor mats in the room, which made the floor feel a bit uncomfortable to step out from washroom.despite these issues, the hotel's overall atmosphere was nice, and the staff made up for the shortcomings with their excellent service.recommendation: malavikas resort has potential, but needs to work on maintaining their ac units and providing basic amenities like floor mats. with some improvements, it could be a great choice for travelers."

I have booked standard NON AC room, it is a decent place if you want to stay there for basic needs and roam around the city. They have a solar geazer, bathrooms were clean and all taps are running fine with proper water supply. They had a power backup, place is close to north cliff you can visit famous cafe such as : Darjeeling cafe, Bindu cafe, 5-10 mins walk down the north cliff will take you to beach side.

i don't have photos of stays. personally very disappointed on the stay because there is no proper wifi connection nothing has provided which has mentioned in the amenities i won't just anyone to stay here thank you 5 it was really fantastic place to stay i really enjoyed and their ambience was too excellent worth for the money and they are also very user friendly. nice place to stay peace ✌️

The makvikas black beach resort should keep room service...there is no room service there...and reception is also mostly empty...with just one watchman seating there always....rest all was good

Resort and staff is good and 5 mins walk to cliff. They have a very good arrangement for the complimentary breakfast in front of ocean. Overall nice stay. Rooms and bathrooms are clean.

Stay was not good. Bedsheets were not properly washed and dried. Bathroom was not cleaned. Wifi was a free amenity as per the profile there was no speed.
