The hotel room in which we stayed was small but cozy, beautiful, neat and clean. We had bathtub in our bathroom. We had coffee machine as well. The room in which we stayed did not have much of view,just the trees and internal gardens. They have grown lots of different type of flowers which was very good. Please dont book at this hotel. Also photos given here are incorrect as the hotel & its rooms are complety different (below standard) than what his given here. Its at best a 1 star property with high price.

I booked room for one night, but looking at the ambience, surrounding and cleanliness i stayed for one more night. Staff is very polite and help a lot whenever needed. Rooms are neat n clean. Facilities mentioned in online booking was all up to the mark. Feeled very relaxed surely I'll recommend this hotel to the travelers.

The service is very slow. Even after calling the house keeping staff they take a minimum of 20 mins to arrive. Food order takes a minimum of 45 mins even if it is just a tea you have ordered... Swimming pool was under renovation. Games room had no proper games. They just have a table tennis and carrom in a very bad condition. The door locks do not work properly. You have to work hard to open the door with the given keys. The jacuzzi bath tub mentioned on the..does not work. And they do not have ...more

Good place to breakout if you have your own vehicle. The hotel provides all required amenities. Prefer an A La Carte to buffet. Clean rooms. We booked a dream suite and it was to the best of our expectation.

I enjoyed my stay. Firstly, the property is beautiful. Ample parking space is available. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Room service is prompt. The restaurant is also pretty good. The property is very beautiful and tastefully maintained. Checkin and checkout were both smooth. We loved the way the property has been scaped and maintained. The overall experience was quite premium. Definitely recommended.

Really amazing hotel and the hotel staff. The food is really amazing. The overall experience was that of a five star hotel. I will recommend this hotel 10x time more to anyone looking for a stay in panchgani. Privacy is good. Comfort is there and there is a lot of activities and places to explore inside the facility. Hotel and the ambience is very nice. Their in house restaurant have tasty food. Rooms are neat and clean. Swimming pool is the best. They have play area for kids and hotel is at 15mins walking distance from Table land. It's little overpriced on weekends and food is also costly. All other things are really nice, you will love your stay here.

The ambience looks beautiful at night. The rooms are elegant with all the basic amenities. The restaurant serves variety of foods and with well polite staffs. There is 24*7 taxi service available which can be booked through the reception. Overall a great stay. Restaurant staffs are really courteous

it was a great stay. the tents were very clean and spacious. We were three people staying together. Also the bathroom was very clean. There were no mosquitoes and even no insects as they secured it pretty well. Will visit again! thanks!

Good location, near to the city about 5 mins drive.The hotel has good amenities one can enjoy in the evening as there is nothing much to do outside after late dark hours. Rooms are clean and parking space available. Great experience.

Excellent! Room was well maintained and the Jacuzzi was icing on the cake as our 3 yr old son enjoyed it to the fullest. Pleasant, calm and peaceful place. Clean rooms and washrooms. Enjoyed every bit of our stay here.

Very nice resort.Cleanliness and service is up to the mark. To locate is a lil bit hassle but thanks to Google Maps. Safety and Security is top notch. Individual cottages ensure privacy at its best.
