Pros: the room was spacious. As the name suggests, it was misty during evening and morning. Cons: the property is not well maintained. Starting from the gate, it was patchy. Rooms were not clean. There was dust on the floor. The bed sheet contained too much lint which later got on our dress as well. There was watermarks all over the mirror in the bathroom. The waste bin contained too much dirt on it. The blanket was of poor quality and it was stinking. The manual lock of the door was broken. Curtains were not properly covered and light was getting into the room from all sides. There was no hot water in the bathroom, no kettle, no television. At the time of checkout, they asked us to wait for 5 minutes. I don’t know what they were checking in the room may be they were looking if the stinky blanket was still there.

What an awesome place. The name goes perfectly with the hotel. It is actually in between the mist. We recently stayed in this hotel. Location is good as it gives the perfect feeling of hill station. The hotel is very well maintained and the staff is very good. Rooms are huge and super spacious. It is just next to the adventure park. The restaurant serves good food and the peice is very reasonable. It has ample parking space also. I would also like to mention the staff in this hotel is very good & cooperative. I will definitely recommend Misty gate & will love to visit it again. It has roof top swimming pool, carrom board, badminton. The view is like it because misty with zero visibility and again gets cleared in sometime. It is an awesome experience to stay there. View, room size, restaurant & location

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Misty Gate. The hotel serves excellent food. All the dishes and cuisine are awesome. The staffs are always welcoming and very good hospitality they provided us. The location of this hotel has easy access to nearby adventure parks. The Teenzania adventure park for kids is just a block away. Wayanad ultra park is just 1 km away. Vythiri park is the best choice for value for money and it is also just 6 kms away. There is no option for choosing the room while booking via goibibo. The initial room they offered is not that great. But we upgraded to a better room at extra price and it was good

excellent place to stay. the name lives up to the expectations. it was covered with mist morning and nights. the Staff is excellent. just wow people. restaurant is still not yet fully operational but they made the effort to get me some beautiful dinner for may anniversary candle light. when i could not get a souvenir Jeeva sir gave me 3 beautifully scented candles. just loved the place. room was huge and spacious. over all i loved everything snd everyone there. amazing time💝the respect they give 🥰

This is a nice and calm place to stay with friends/family while in wayanad. It is at a bit far location than the sight seeing options but most of the properties in wayanad are like this as it is spread across 30-40 kms radius overall. Property was spacious, clean and gave a relaxing feel. Swimming pool, badminton, carrom etc added to the feel. Has mesmerizing views and is calm and cool. Overall it is a recommended place to anyone who is looking for a decent property and calm experience.

It was good experience. Rooms are spacious and arranged properly.Bathroom and toilets were clean and hygienic. The view from Balcony is awesome. Staff's were so good and always careful in delighting customers. The property situated in an Ideal location, at Lakkidi.I would like to recommend the property for Couples, Family who are planning to visit Wayanad. Easy Check In, Privacy

There was no restaurant available as published. Also no open roof dining available. No room service. Meaning for lunch and dinner you have to go out and manage on your own. The swimming pool was inaccessible as the water was dirty. The quality of breakfast was not good at all. Also this property is really on the outskirts. Everything is far and there are no good restaurants at all.

I have booked room many times through this app but when I went to check in the hotel called Mist Gate which I had booked as a family on 09/4/24, I booked budgetily room. So Tv said there is no hot water in the kettle. But when I upgraded it cost me a lot of money. Also gave a room that was not clean. I no longer want to use your app. Thank u

we booked non ac room with a mountain view. but there is no view from balcony. and no kettle, no TV, and no proper hot water and electricity cutting off frequently. no proper backup. its working half an hour later. we already paid for 3 nights, but due to this condition, we checked out the next morning.

Have been to Misty Gate for 3 days...The staff is very helpful. Rooms are very well maintained and spacious. Amazing view from the balcony. Certainly a place to stay for families traveling with children. Very helpful staff n good breakfast

Beds wasn't cleaned, water seepage in wals of most of the rooms. Rooms smell foul due to it. Bathroom door doesnt have lock, telephone doesnt works.
