We had a great stay at Mount Magnolia. The rooms are spacious, has a sofa cum bed and has also got a beautiful view from the window. They provide kettle and tea/coffee facilities inside the room. Their staffs are very prompt in serving the customers. The foods were tasty but expensive. Their breakfast buffet is awesome. They provide toiletries with makeup mirror and a hair-drier as well in the bathroom. Only request to them is if they can arrange a lift then it will help people accomodated in the 3rd and 4th floor. Overall it was a very pleasant and safe stay. We highly recommend this hotel and will book again if I visit Pelling in future.

The positive of this hotel is its location and the view of the mountain from the room. The negatives are 1. The main door was broken i.e. had (gaps) in the door from which cold air enters all night. Same with the bathroom window. 2. The restaurant service was bad. It took us close to 90 mins to get our dinner. When inquired for the delay no explanation was provided. additionally breakfast spread was very limited.

oh my god, this hotel has my heart, best hospitality, best staff members, food everything was up to the mark. Especially they made us feel like family there, it felt like we are at home, they have cozy rooms with best view, I seriously have nothing to point that it was not good. we really had best time there so much peace and serene environment . keep up the good work 😇

Highly recommended Beautiful and clean hotel, excellent staff and top notch service.Prebooked breakfast buffet and hakka chowmein ordered by us was very tasty. Room heater and baby food was complimentary.Want to thank Dipen(manager) and Siddhanth(restaurant incharge) for making our stay memorable. Will definitely come back to this property in our future trips as well.

Staying at Magnolia was a great experience. The staff were courteous, welcoming and ever ready to help with our needs. The rooms were well maintained, chic and and offered a good view of himalayas, we stayed at premium bed cum sofa room. however we would suggest that they offer room heaters without additional cost and mention that hotel is situated at middle pelling.

The room was good and staff was good except for one person who was very rude and disrespectful. Rest of the things and service were good. We were attended well. Rooms were clean and hot water was available. View from room was good, but Mt. Kanchenjunga is not visible from any of the rooms. But you can walk 1min away from hotel to get the view.

very nice hotel, food was also budget friendly, we chose complimentary breakfast while booking and they had breakfast buffet, which was great. the view from the room was nice, room was big and bathroom was clean and spacious. if I visit Pelling some other time I'll definitely book this hotel again. Staff behavior was also very good.

Nice and courteous staff, small Hotel with excellent rooms. My room had a view of Kanchenjunga. Actually they upgraded the room with me asking for it. Nice restaurant and good food. Pelling is very small so proximity doesn't matter over here.
