Mount Valley Team, I am giving you 5/5.We stayed here for 3 days. original plan was to stay there for 2 nights, but with the service and quality of food, we extended 1 more night. Traveled kanthalloor in 1 day and came back to same place. Nitin, amol (not sure if I heard their names correctly) were so generous. We went as a family together. My 5 year old son and my mother in law, doesn't prefer spicy food. For day 1, lunch we ordered curd rice for them and we tried chicken fried rice, chapati, chicken curry. Chicken curry was bit spicy with heavy masala. So, we mentioned to them to reduce spice level, as we don't prefer it. From next meals, we were like satisfied completely with all mouthwatering breakfasts.Pros:1. located in a reasonable distance from central munnar town2. The hotel looks too good3. Room was amazing 4. Housekeeping and service impressed us a lot. 5. Food was delicious. Must try - Puttu, kadala curry (asked chef to prepare with less spice level) , chicken fried rice, idly and sambar6. Extremely good view to admire every morning7. They were able to communicate easily in tamil, english, malayalam, hindi8. We get only hot hot yummy foodCons:1. Road to the hotel (200 mts is not good). Need to memorize the path2. Should take hot water tutorials🤣3. Food prices bit costly. But, entire munnar has same level of prices, if we choose some good restaurants. Couldn't meet manager on day 1, so couldn't get some contacts for jeep rides. But, he helped us to get some good quality tea powder from a nearby shop. Thanks to Mount Valley team!

Extremely polite staff and services provided were very good..... location of hotel is superb....view from room is awesome....food ordered was freshly made and was very delicious.... amenities were also good zero disturbance and extremely polite manager giving us relevant information for planning our onward trip

The resort was good. The staff is helping. The location was awesome of Resort. You can enjoy the weather from this hotel view. It's close to the main city. 5KM far from Munnar KSRTC Bus stand. Cons: You have to order food prior to 1-2 Hrs for preparation.

The stay was super...very hospitable staff, best thing is bathrooms are clean ... For relax it is good place... telephone signals have issue but it's good to have whole time to self... will come again for sure.. Breakfast is also very good 🙏🏻😊

I stayed at this hotel for three days, nestled in a hilly area. The scenic view from the balcony was breathtaking. Manager Bobito's hospitality was excellent, and the food quality was also impressive.
