Even though the locality was not good and crowded, the rooms where nice. I had booked a double AC room. Around 3 pm the current went off and I was literally melting inside the room. My phone had no charge and I was kind of stranded there. I waited till 5.30 and when there was no sign of current coming back, I checked out. While asking about my premature checkout, the manager told me to wait just 1 hour more and the current will surely come. Rooms were good and worth the amount but the incident with power has taken me out completely. I was planning to visit some nearby places but as my phone did not have much charge left, I was stranded and had to cancel the visits. Wasted my only free evening in Chennai for nothing. Very irresponsible from the management side. I had no option to cancel the rooms and they didn't have any power backups which made me sit inside the room without power for 2.5 hrs and my plans to go out where ruined due to no charge in the phone.

the hotel owner was not ready to accept my booking was saying that he does not have a voucher and cannot accept my booking stayed at the lobby for 1 hour

Very good hospitality. And staff are very polite and humble. Value for money hotel.

I want to cancel suddenly here I change my plan so please cancel my booking
