The hotel is be fooling the customers, I booked and paid for 4 super luxury rooms, but we were given only 2 pool facing luxury rooms and the other 2 were ordinary rooms facing nothing, and the clarification to our objection was that, the other 2 rooms were super luxury rooms too, as they had bath tube fitted in the wash room. pathetic place...gone to goa umpteen number of times but this was the worst experiance..spent a lot of money ... though hotel charges was half of that..the room they have givem me stinking,full of fungus,dirty bathroom,soiled bedsheet..next to impossible to stay in that room so upgraded to a slightly better roon by paying extra 1500 place is too far from airport and hotel doesnot have any arrangement to pick n drop from airport paid 3000 for that.room service was pathetic and food quality is wor ...more

Property is situated in highly isolated place. Rooms are of very old types, Bed placed in the room are in so height that you need to jump to get down from bed and you cannot access the bed side table while laying in bed, you need to jump from the bed to access the table. WiFi is just for name sake. No signal of WiFi in most of the rooms, if you want to access the WiFi you need to go near to reception area as they have only one router for entire property

The pool is closed most of the times. we could not get chance to use the pool even after staying for 3 nights. I didn't see even a single day where I could use it. The AC doesn't have temperature control but it works.

It looks like Villas which were made for families, but these guys took all villas on rent. Having said that - it has own advantages and disadvantages. If you want serviced apartment kind of stay - it's right(read OK) choice, if you want hotel kind of feel - this is not. We were given 1st room number 503, which had dull paint and depressing. Bed had mattress of 12 inch, but it was placed on high-height bed (jugaad), we felt unsafe on that bed and asked for mattress replacement, they moved us to ...more

rooms service was pathetic.... glasses and cups kept in the room were smelling .. also the cups smelled like as if the previous guest used it as an ashtray ... and watever it may be never order for water coz they smell of fish.. I asked the reception as to y the bottles stink he replied they are kept in the same fridge where the chicken and the fish is stored.. I stayed in Aromiaa Villas from 23 March to 26 March with my family, two friends and their families. We reached at the hotel at midnight 2.30 AM. The staff was welcoming enough and as a pleasant welcome surprise, our rooms were upgraded with mine being upgraded to luxury from superior. So the first impression was good. They don't explicitly say that breakfast is chargeable and then they charge you for it. The staff is very unprofessional and doesn't tell you explicitly the price of breakfast. The receptionist misleadingly says the timings of breakfast so that you feel it's included in your package. Then they tell you to pay for it. Had to shout a lot to not pay RS. 500 for 1 bite of breakfast.

pros: clean room clean toilet safe car parking in front of your villa maintained swimming pool cons: not a good restaurant.. requure quick room service. ex: we requested for an additional bed.. they forgot to provide for one night(out of 2 nights)... telecom was not working.. balcony could be maintained better... good for a family if the requirement is just for a sleep and a neat logistics. They were handling with good attitude and improvements in some points would be good..

Really Great and amazing experience in this hotel, all amenities are beyond the expectations. Location is very Near to A Calongute beach. Staff is also Very Nice and Cooperative Specially Mr. Uttam Patra. Room Cleanliness and Beach Cleanliness is also Excellent. Food quality is also very Good. restrictions are also less. definitely in next visit i will prefer this Hotel and 100% I reccommend this hotel to others. 100% value for money.

Hi.. I am Prahlad Makwana Location is Good. Morning Breakfast Food Quality Very Supper And Testy. Service Quality : Normal ( i am Stay 3 Day, Morning Hot Water Problem Avery Day, 30min to 45Min Wait After Start Hot Water.) In the morning we were late for 1 hour every day due to hot water. The rest of the service is pretty cool except for the hot water problem.
