Hotel O Aathira Urbanite

I recently stayed at this property, which is a villa converted into a hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere. However, there are a few things to be aware of if you plan to stay here.First, the property lacks typical hotel branding or signage, so it doesn't immediately feel like a hotel. This might add to the charm for some, but it can be confusing for others.Second, while the booking process was convenient, the management seemed unhappy about it. Upon arrival, the manager rudely informed me that they would accept the booking this time but insisted that future bookings be made directly with the hotel. Additionally, I was told that the direct booking rate is ₹500 more than what I paid.Overall, while the stay was comfortable, the lack of professionalism in the management’s approach and the higher direct booking rates might make me reconsider staying here again. If you're looking for a good room and don't mind the quirks, it might still be a good option, but be prepared for a different kind of experience.
