Had a late 11 pm check in. I wasn't allowed to check in. They demanded extra 1200 saying it was late night soni must pay extra. They kept bargaining for extra money. Bringing it down from 1200 to 800 to 500 and finally 200. Called my boss who had booked the room. He had paid in full so he gave a piece of his mind. Thereafter I was allowed to check in at 12.20 am . They just threw the key and walked away. The room was pathetic. No hot water in the morning either . When I checked out at 7.15 am there was no one at the reception. Left the key and walked out . Unprofessional and unethical management . And a bad room .
