People smoke on the hallways instead of their own rooms. When u book this hotel, the reception guy will ask u 150 rupee check in fee. I have never Heard of check in fee till date. Why should I pay 950 rupeee for stay and 150 for check-in. This place is good to stay as per room maintenance is concerned. Nearby Andhra meals hotel, big bazaar and a lot of market chain is there to explore. Clothing shops mostly. But smoke in hallway rooms, unwelcoming reception experience, old airconditioning units, broken electrical switch boards make u think again for price. There are other **** nearby. With better services. Please consider some other hotel.

My experience was horrible at BKM guest house. 1. The room and bathroom was dirty. 2. No toiletries, no towels. 3. The mattress and bed sheet were torn, with a cheap dirty blanket to cover. 4. AC and wifi was not working at all, after repeatedly asking the reception person nothing happened. 5. the floors were filled with garbage bags all over. I would never go here even if someone pays me to stay.

For checking in, they were arguing with us that there is no booking registered in your name. The receptionist was on a call for the entire time and made us wait for more than an hour. Poor customer service. Bedsheets were not washed and there were Cocroches in the room.

We had a very bad experience, nobody to answer our calls or when we checked out we have to wait a lot for 1 hr then we had to hand over the keys and have to hurry to catch our train . After repeated request also they did not change the bed sheet with no pillow covers.

well maintained rooms , during night time, they close main door, gate, etc , nobody will be der during late night check in, reception is not easily accessible if u r checking in at midnight, u need to Cal them first so tht they can come and open the door,

You'll get everything which is mentioned or shown in the website. I just enjoyed my stay here. A must check in hotel in Chennai. Truly value for money is a small phrase, it's like you'll get more value than your money.

Hotel is very good. Clean room and bathroom. Location wise very good for tourists. Staff are well behaved . But as fooding is not available so i faced some difficulties. Still I will recommend this hotel.

While the room was good enough for the price, the management did not honor a followup booking with ****, as they were looking for immediate cash. Also the breakfast was closed before 10:00 AM
