Oka Hotel

more bad hotel experience i ever had with my parents. we were total four members with aged parents. things we face:1. no window in the room2. rooms in underground with no window, when they promised to give room in the ground floor atleast. it was so suffocating. 3. toilet was dirty. some dirty water coming inside the bathroom. once we complain, they shout at us that we do vomiting. nd we are telling lie. 4. staff behavior was very bad. once the stay was booked, they give rooms to others. offers us to stay in different hotels in same price. offering hotel is too bad to stay 5.no proper entrance gate. they shutter down at 9 pm. so we you go outside for dinner or Darjeeling mall to visit there and you come back by 10 pm.we face enty problem. first we knocked at shutter, no response till 10 mins.we call hotel, no one was there to pick up the call. then we called my father, who was inside the hotel. m father goes upside and tried to connect no one was there. then we call the hotel person again , pick up the call and said he was not there. then after 5 mins talk, we enter the hotel with the garage of someone else. he also shout why we were so late. they will not open the gate.my question:of my father feeling sick when we were not there, what should he need to do?6. if you are a problem at night , no one to help you. as no receptionist was there at night. we also face network issues there, so how should we connect?there are so many more. i want my full refund and want you to take proper option.

Highly priced rooms.the location is bad. it's located in a very narrow road with no parking facility. if you open the room windows it stinks of drainage(there is a drain right next to the room). the rooms are clean but not at all worth the money. not even complimentary breakfast is provided. when my partner wrote a review about the hotel, the authorities reply back saying they will provide complimentary one night stay. From Bangalore nobody is going back to Darjeeling to avail their one night stay and moreover when we were unhappy with the place why would we visit it again. total waste of money .

Didn't get the room I booked for I was allotted a different room instead because some other guests reached earlier than their booking and had to wait about an hour to get it cleaned even though calling them several times before reaching. Apart from that hotel is very good, clean is behaviour of the staffs are also nice.

nice hotel.very clean.rooms are nice and well decorated.washrooms are clean.hotel staffs are well behaved.really love it. excellent . Me and my family had a great time.
